ABP Marine Environmental Research (ABPmer)
ABPmer provides advice for development and conservation projects on coasts and within estuaries and rivers. It offers clients a tailor-made service based on a multi-disciplinary approach, using the skills of engineers, mathematicians, geomorphologists, ecologists, chemists, geographers and environmental scientists. Field monitoring is routinely integrated with desktop and modelling studies - both physical and numerical - and a full range of environmental consultancy services is offered. ABPmer works with a wide range of clients in areas such as ports and harbours, sea and flood defence, Environmental Impact Assessments, marine biology and ecology, habitat creation, risk assessment and water-quality studies.
